Refund and Warranty Policy
  1. Return: Customer must contact us within 30-days from purchase -except as noted bellow- to get Return Authorization Number.

  2. Refund: As soon as we receive the returned product, we will refund you 70% the actual product price minus the Shipping and handling charges and the customer pays for the return mailing and packaging charges. Please, note the Shipping and handling is not refundable unless an error on our behalf as shipping the wrong merchandise. While we believe strongly in customer satisfaction, we realize that a return carry cost on our customers such as the Shipping, handling and the cost to return the item to us. Therefore, please if you are not sure of any of our products to be what you are looking for, then email us before you purchase and we would be glad to assist you.

  3. Damage: In case of damages, Please make damage claims directly to the carrier for merchandise shipped by a common carrier.

  4. Exceptions: Some items maybe subject to an additional return policy as noted on the particular item.

  5. Warranty: TTMATIC� robot carries a 3 years warranty. You pay the shipping to us and we will repair or replace (as we decide suitable) and ship your robot back to you at our expense, if the needed repair is under the warranty. Otherwise, The customer should pay for any damages that is caused by abuse of the robot. Outside the warranty period, the repair and shipping coast is payable by the customer. Please, note that the TTMATIC� robot is made under strict quality in material and workmanship.  The warranty covers our customers and anyone purchase from our registered distributors and limited to the original owner without transferring of the warranty.

  4. Warranty: If a product has a warranty, it should be posted beside its description. We also offer a refund policy unless otherwise stated, please see our refund policy  guidelines for detail.

  5. Shipping: We do our best to process your order and ship within 48-72 hours. Once we ship, we will email you an online tracking. We ship by Express Mail Services. It usually arrive after 3 to 14 days to most destinations.

  6. Out of Stock and Sold out: We try to daily to  update our stock data and add new ones. However, sometime an item you ordered is actually sold out already. If this occur to you, we will notify you as soon as possible and if we already processed your payment, we will refund you 100% the amount. Please, accept our sincerest apology for any inconvenient that may have caused you.

  7. Dispute: In case of dispute, we will take every measure possible to protect the integrity of our trading platform services and to ensure the appropriate governing laws are obeyed by all parties. This includes termination of our services to any law-breaching parties.
